Email Address: Collected by Memberspace to create and manage your account.

Name: Optional first and last name collected during signup.

Payment Information: Credit card details are collected and stored by Stripe (my payment processor). I never see or store your full credit card number.

Chat Conversations: Your questions and the AI's responses are processed and stored by Voiceflow, my AI platform provider.

Usage Data: Basic information about how you use the service (login frequency, session duration) collected by Memberspace and Voiceflow.

Device and Browser Information: Standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, device type) collected automatically.

How I Use Your Information

I use your personal information to:

• Provide the service: Process your questions through the AI and deliver responses
• Manage your account: Handle subscription billing, cancellations, and account settings
• Communicate with you: Send service updates, payment confirmations, and respond to support requests
• Improve the service: Analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to enhance AI responses and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations: Respond to legal requests and prevent fraud

Data Separation and NCAA Compliance

Your payment and account information is stored separately from your chat conversations. This architectural separation ensures compliance with NCAA regulations, which prohibit Alan Good from having individualized recruiting conversations with identified prospects before June 15th of their sophomore year.

Here's how the separation works:

• Memberspace stores: Email, name, payment status, subscription details
• Voiceflow stores: Chat conversations (questions and AI responses)
• These systems do not share data with each other

This means I cannot connect your identity to your specific chat conversations, which ensures the AI provides general education rather than individualized recruiting advice.

Data Retention

Chat Conversations: Retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

Account Information: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.

Payment Records: Retained by Stripe according to their data retention policies and legal requirements.

Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time, which stops future billing and data collection.
