Chat Interactions: When you use the AI advisor, your questions and the AI's responses are processed and stored by Voiceflow, our AI platform provider.
Payment Information: Payment and subscription management is handled by Stripe and Memberspace. We do not store your credit card information.
Account Access: Your email address is collected by Memberspace to manage your subscription.
Your information is used to provide the AI advisor service, improve the service through analysis of aggregate, anonymized usage patterns, and to manage your subscription and send service updates. Chat conversations are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days.
